About the role:

Lumus Imaging is seeking a Radiographer to join our Taree and Forster team. This role will be working across three sites, two in Taree and one in Forster. This is an excellent opportunity for Radiographers seeking a lifestyle change, with generous relocation support provided.

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including, but not limited to:
General X-ray
CT (where credentialed)
Fluoroscopy and theatre imaging (where applicable)
Mobile and ward imaging
Conduct imaging in accordance with:
MRTBA professional capabilities
RANZCR imaging referral and practice guidelines
ARPANSA radiation safety and protection standards
Medicare (MBS) requirements
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
Identify and escalate critical or unexpected findings promptly

 

 

Essential Selection Criteria

Basic CT and Xray experience required (Mammo experience highly desirable)
Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent
Current AHPRA registration (MRPBA)
Eligibility to work in Australia
Sound knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
