Sonographer Opportunity.

Please note: This is not a traineeship opportunity.

We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time.

A little bit about Focus Radiology

Focus Radiology is a non-corporate, independent imaging practice; currently located in Dapto, Warilla, and Woonona. We are currently on the look-out for an experienced Sonographer.

We offer our Sonographers a work environment which is challenging and varied with emphasis on providing the highest standard of diagnostic and interventional medical imaging with a focus on quality patient care and healthy work life balance.

Our modern equipped facilities offer General X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, BMD & Interventional procedures.

We are seeking a sonographer to be a part of our busy clinics on a part time or full time basis. As a Sonographer you will provide a broad range of ultrasound examinations with experience in general ultrasound, obstetrics/gynaecology and MSK.

Experience in vascular and nuchal translucency accreditation is advantageous but not essential.

Requirements:

Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation registry (ASAR).
Sound Ultrasound Knowledge.
Be self motivated with a strong focus on patient care.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously.
The ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers
Experience using Canon equipment desirable
