MEDICAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGIST (Radiographer/Sonographer)

Are you a Sonographer interested in joining a private radiology group in Hamilton, regional Victoria?  If you are a motivated, skilled radiographer/sonographer with great communication skills we’d love for you to join our team.

The team at Bendigo Radiology work together and strive to enjoy the delivery of expert diagnostic imaging and patient care in our practices within Hamilton and its surrounds.  You’ll operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment; work with highly motivated and enthusiastic colleagues and be provided with opportunities for professional development.

Standard working arrangements are Monday to Friday with weekend and on-call requirements.

Hamilton is a beautiful regional city with a rich history located near to the Henty Wine Region and Grampians and Napier National Parks.

Our state-of-the-art digital imaging equipment includes modalities such as x-ray, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT, DEXA, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

The successful applicant must provide evidence of:

·         Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiations or equivalent

·         Post-graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent

·         Eligibility for A.S.M.I.R.T Statement of Compliance

·         Eligibility for accreditation with ASAR

·         National Registration with AHPRA to practice as a Medical Imaging Technologist

·         Victorian Department of Health Radiation Use Licence

·         Recent clinical experience working as a radiographer / sonographer

·         Hold a current Working with Children check and Police check
