We are currently seeking for a Radiologist to work in the unique and breathtaking Pilbara region of Western Australia on a rotating roster.

Working one week a month at Karratha Health Campus and Hedland Health Campus, supporting the regional communities with interesting cases and pathologies that you drew you to being a Radiologist and encourages your enthusiasm for healthcare.

On the balance of the month, you can work in either the Peel or Southwest region of Western Australia at our regional city hospital fully comprehensive health campus that is connected to leading specialists and with one of the latest MRI’s to be equipped in WA.

THE ROLE

Quality high level reporting across a full complement of modalities including CT, General Xray, MRI, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology with average of 80 – 100 cases per day, depending on the case mix – Breast speciality would be highly valued but not essential. Full Time or Part Time or locum Contract available.

ABOUT YOU

You must meet the following clinical requirements:

Must hold fellowship with RANZCR
Current Australian Medical Board Registration with AHPRA
Have work rights for Australia.
Offer supervision of medical procedures and patient care within rostered site of reporting
Demonstrate leadership, vision, decision making acuity in relation to all radiology imaging procedures.
Ability to communicate well with patients, technical and support staff and referring Practitioners.
Quality high level reporting across a full complement of modalities
Be able to travel to regional WA one week in a month as part of a rotating roster.
