ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced radiographer to step up to the next level, as Medical Imaging Supervisor – CT for the Geelong region. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of CT service, maintaining and developing protocols and staff training. Ideally, you will have unit management experience, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated CT specialist with the ability to supervise a team and be willing to work in various locations.

Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years post Graduate Radiography experience
Demonstrated experience in CT Radiography
Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in liaising with key stakeholders
Current licensing and registrations; this includes registration with AHPRA and current Victorian radiation license
Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)

ABOUT YOU

Demonstrate prior experience in supervising a CT service
Demonstrated effective planning, organisational and analytical solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people
Ability to work on flexible work schedules
Ability to work with trainees in General radiography and CT
Strong attention to detail
A passionate and “can-do” attitude towards work
