Apex provides comprehensive Radiology services in private medical facilities and public hospitals imaging departments in Bunbury, Mandurah, Busselton, Margaret River and Perth in Western Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Apex is seeking a Sonographer for our comprehensive Peel Health campus based in Mandurah. FT, PT or Locum.

A key provider of medical imaging within the Peel region offering a range of imaging services including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology.

Mandurah is just a short train ride or 1hr drive down the highway from Western Australia capital city, Perth. With stunning beaches, boat harbours in world-class natural beauty, and a vibrant culture, you could be spending your spare time on the water, visiting wineries, bush walking along trails through the Jarrah Forests or even attending an event at Perth’s close by amazing entertainment hubs.

Responsibilities include:

General to advanced Ultrasound scanning – MSK, Vascular, US, Gyne & Obstetrics
Patient care to ensure that they have the best experience.
Undertake the highest quality ultrasound imaging to provide optimum diagnostic results.

ABOUT YOU

Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Sonography accredited by ASAR
Clinical, practical, and interpretive skills to obtain high quality ultrasound images
Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Be committed to your own professional development, including embracing ongoing learning as part of professional development
Good interpersonal skills to show patients care, compassion and empathy
Work rights for Australia or valid Visa
