Apex Radiology provides comprehensive Radiology and Tele-radiology services to private medical facilities, public hospitals, WACHS (Western Australia Country Health Service) and also operates a series of stand-alone medical imaging practices across Western Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Apex are seeking full-time Radiographer – Medical Imaging Technologist to join the technical team based at the Southwest Health Campus in Bunbury.

The Southwest Health campus is the largest regional hospital in Western Australia and provides public and private health services to communities surrounding Bunbury. Apex imaging services both inpatients and outpatients providing:

Xray & OPG
CT & Cardiac CT
MRI
Mammography
Bone Densitometry
Interventional Radiology
Ultrasound
Nuclear Medicine
PET-CT
Angiography suite
Multi-specialty theatres

Varied workload – mix of cases in public hospital site

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
Eligable to hold AHPRA registration & Western Australian Radiation Use Licence
CT exposure – with MRI advantageous
A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs
Experience with Siemens and Canon ideal
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally
