ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Tutor Radiographer – Medical Imaging Technologist to join our high-quality diagnostic imaging service and patient care in order to assist in the care of patients referred from clinicians at our Ballarat practices, located at St John of God Hospital and private practice on Lake Wendouree.

This role requires an experienced Radiographer who will be responsible for maintaining Xray, fluoroscopy and theatre quality and accessibility. The Tutor Radiographer will be responsible for student and intern management with a focus on teaching and also supporting our recent graduates.

ABOUT YOU

AHPRA – Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration
Australian residency – Rights to work in Australia
Tertiary degree qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography)
Demonstrated team leadership skills, with a willingness to manage a professional imaging team
Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
