About the role

Opportunity exists for a newly qualified Grade 1 Medical Imaging Technologist to join the friendly and supportive team at Maroondah Hospital Medical Imaging.

Maroondah Medical Imaging is a busy, patient-focussed department offering a full range of modalities including general X-Ray, fluoroscopy, CT, DEXA, mammography, ultrasound and MRI. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Imaging Technologist, with excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude. The successful applicant will be required to participate in a rotating roster and with appropriate training, on-call duties.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Current registration with AHPRA
Current DHHS Victorian Radiation Use License
Patient-first attitude
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
