The Position

St John of God Murdoch Hospital has an excellent reputation, and benefits from being located in the fastest growing area of Perth  conveniently positioned next door to the State’s flagship Fiona Stanley Hospital.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Medical Imaging Technologist to provide optimal radiographic imaging and related services for Angiography. Training and upskilling will be provided to the right candidate, if required.

We are recruiting for both permanent part-time and a permanent full-time position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Hours may be negotiated with the successful candidate(s)

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care
• Registration with Radiological Council WA
  Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Imaging) or equivalent
• Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work within the multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of computer information technology
  Knowledge of Work, Health & Safety Legislation
• Affiliate membership of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (desirable)
  Membership of the Australian Institute of Radiography (desirable)
