Apex Radiology started out in 1996 in the Southwest of Western Australia and is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in the state. In 2014, Apex Radiology joined the Integral Diagnostics Group to become part of one of the largest private radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand.

We provide comprehensive Radiology and Tele-radiology services to hospital and community practices, as well as support the WACHS regional services in hospitals and clinics throughout WA. We are expanding in 2022 with our new comprehensive practice in O’Connor now open in the Perth capital city.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Apex Radiology is seeking a Radiologist – Nuclear Medicine/PET Specialist to join our Bunbury hospital practice at the Southwest Health Campus which boasts the only PET provider in the region and in close to proximity to leading specialist centres.

In addition to our comprehensive SPECT and PET service our diagnostic services in Bunbury include – MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology. Whilst leading and driving the Nuclear Medicine service in this large regional community, there is large collegiate supported network, not only locally but across the IDX group (Lake Imaging, South Coast Radiology and Imaging Queensland) with no after hours.

ABOUT YOU

Quality patient focused RANZCR Radiologist or Dual RACP/RANZCR Nuclear Medicine/Radiology Specialist eligible for AHPRA specialist registration for Nuclear Medicine and PET specialty
Enthusiasm to drive the Nuc Med/PET service in the region through strong referrer relationships and contribute to regular clinical multidisciplinary meetings
Newly registered specialists also welcome to apply
