Griffith Base Hospital is a 120 bed facility with 100 hospital care beds and 14 maternity beds including Special Care Nursery. Each year we support approximately 25,000 emergency presentations, 2,500 operations and more than 600 births. We provide a 24 hour Emergency Department (ED) with 15 ED spaces supported by an Intensive Care Unit and telehealth facilities in ED, ICU, paediatrics to connect the team in Griffith with specialists across NSW Health. About the Role Provide a high quality medical imaging service across a range of clinical situations to MLHD patients to support the provision of optimal patient health outcomes, using current medical imaging safety standards. To demonstrate independent and appropriate professional knowledge and judgement and exhibit or acquire competency in all appropriate clinical and diagnostic tasks.
