About the role

Opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Radiographer to join the Medical Imaging team at Eastern Health – Box Hill in a Permanent Full Time capacity. The Box Hill Hospital Imaging department is a busy site and offers a full range of modalities including General X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, DSA, Cardiac Lab, Hybrid Theatre and MRI. A satellite ED Imaging department operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days per week.

The successful applicant will be required to participate in a full rotating roster and on-call duties.

About you

To be successful in this role you should possess:

Recognised qualifications as a Diagnostic Medical Imaging Technologist.
A current registration with AHPRA – Radiation Board.
A Victorian Radiation Use License
Greater than 4 years’ experience as a qualified MIT
Recognised  Tertiary MRI studies that have been completed or are in the process of completing
Competency in all MRI studies
A willingness to participate in a rotating roster including on call duties.
A strong sense of customer service and strive for excellence in patient care
Be willing to work part of a team or autonomously when required
