Apex Radiology (formally Global Diagnostics) started out in 1996 in the South West of Western Australia and is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in Western Australia. In 2014, Apex Radiology joined the Integral Diagnostics Group to become one of the largest private radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand. Apex Radiology provides comprehensive Radiology and Tele-radiology services to private medical facilities, public hospitals, WACHS (Western Australia Country Health Service) and also operates a series of stand-alone medical imaging practices across Western Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Apex are seeking 2 Radiographers – Medical Imaging Technologists to join the technical teams based at our hospital sites in Bunbury and Busselton.

Bunbury: Full-time role based at the Southwest Health Campus with 60 staff on site. Fully comprehensive site offering Xray, CT, MRI, Mammography, OPG, BMD, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine.

Busselton: Full-time role based at Busselton Health Campus with 20 staff on site. Offering Xray, CT, OPG, Interventional Radiology & Ultrasound

Varied workload – mix of cases in public hospital site
Work in busy hospital sites including shift and On call – extra $$$

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent) & AHPRA registered
Possess Western Australian Radiation Use Licence
Strong clinical skills in CT with MRI advantageous
A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs
Experience with Siemens, Philips and Canon ideal
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally
