Job Description

We’re seeking Sonographers and Radiographers for positions in a permanent part-time or full-time capacity at The Wesley Breast Clinic.

 

Remuneration: $48.50- $58.17 p/h (FTE $95,836 – $114,943) + Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Parking

 

At the Wesley Breast Clinic, our goal is to provide an optimal environment for the diagnosis & the early detection of breast cancer. We offer both Diagnostic & Screening Clinics as well as interventional procedures such as Needle Core/Vacuum Assisted biopsies, Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsies and Hookwire Localisations.

About the Role:

As a Sonographer or Radiographer at The Wesley Breast Clinic, you will be responsible for providing mammographic service to women as a member of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team.

 

We are ideally seeking an applicant with both Sonography and/or Radiography experience skilled in Mammography and breast ultrasound. However, we are also open to considering applications from candidates with only mammography experience, but are interested in training in breast ultrasound. You will demonstrate:

  • Radiation Use Licence
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Mammography experience
  • Experience in breast ultrasound – not essential
  • Qualifications acceptable for membership of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
