Mackay Radiology is part of the Integral Diagnostics group (IDX) the 3rd largest provider of radiology services in Australia which includes South Coast Radiology. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and innovation across our accredited quality assured practices across Queensland, Victoria, New Zealand and WA in private practices, Public and Private Hospitals, specialised department such as Nuclear Medicine and women’s imaging centres.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are welcoming a Radiologist to join our fully comprehensive practice in the heart of Mackay, only 1hr 1/2 flight from Brisbane. Truly influencing community health, you will enjoy collaborating with a well-established referral base of doctors and specialist, you will be working in tandem with our onsite radiologist and a highly skilled patient focused team that are dedicated to providing a quality service to the Whitsunday region.

Offering state-of-the-art equipment and variety of case load to include MRI and Interventional in a supportive environment as being part of a respected collegiate of radiologists in the South Coast Radiology and IDX group.

ABOUT YOU

Fellowship of the RANZCR and eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration
Excellent communication skills with an interest in clinical meeting participation with referrers
Experience in General Radiology, MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound & Interventional procedures. (We will consider newly qualified radiologists who possess necessary attributes)
A desire to work in a highly supported work environment using advanced imaging technology and infrastructure systems, including state-of-the-art modalities, PACS and integrated RIS
