About the role

We are seeking a Radiographer / Medical Imaging Technologist to join our private practice that services both the public and private hospitals at Southwest Health campus based in Bunbury only 2 hours’ drive from Perth on the beautiful Western Australian coastline.

Southwest Health Campus is the largest regional hospital in Western Australia and provides public and private health services to the surrounding communities. Apex imaging services both inpatients and outpatients providing:

X-ray and OPG
MRI
CT
Cardiac CT
PET-CT
Nuclear Medicine
Bone Densitometry
Mammography
Angiography suite
Ultrasound
Multi-speciality theatres
Interventional Radiology

Performing general X- rays including CT, OPG, theatre fluoroscopy and BMD

About You

Registration with AHPRA
WA Radiation Use Licence
Working with children check
Membership with ASMIRT (or equivalent)
Work rights in Australia and police check clearance
Good interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy
Mammography, MRI or CT experience is preferred
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Motivated and friendly attitude towards patient care and teamwork
Experience with Siemens and Canon would be beneficial
