Apex Radiology (formally Global Diagnostics) started in 1996 in the Southwest of Western Australia and is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in Western Australia.

Apex Radiology is part of the Integral Diagnostics Group (IDX group) one of the largest private radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand. We provide comprehensive Radiology services to private medical facilities, public hospitals, including WACHS (Western Australia Country Health Service) in conjunction with our stand-alone medical imaging practices across Western Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Site Manager for our new site opening in Metropolitan Perth, south of the river opening in 2021. As a degree qualified medical imaging professional – Radiographer or Sonographer, you will report to the Technical Services Manager and be responsible for effectively recruiting for the site, managing the supply and deployment of our team and equipment to meet the strategic plans, business plans and budget objectives.

You will leverage off your stakeholder management skills to assist with growing the presence of Apex Radiology as we expand into the new region of Metropolitan Perth.

In conjunction with technical sub-specialties, the Site Manager will ensure all imaging is performed to the highest efficiency and standards and work collaboratively with other staff groups as required to ensure the optimal integration of services.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

10+ years’ experience working in a radiology practice
Degree qualified in Medical Imaging – Radiography or Sonography
Proven leadership ability, proficient in supervising staff and coordinating team workflows
Strong working knowledge and experience with RIS/PACS
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy team environment
A leadership style that is holistic and inclusive
Strong financial management aptitude
Relevant Business / Management qualifications
