ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sonographer for our comprehensive Hospital Health campus based in Bunbury which is the key provider of medical imaging within the South West offering a range of imaging services including: MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology. As a professional in your field, you will need to work well within a team and is able to develop close working relationships with our Radiologists and multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality service and patient care.

Duties include:

* Conduct patient clinical assessment and perform the diagnostic medical sonography examination as requested.
* Provide the patient with caring and safe environment during the sonographic examination.
* Undertaking the highest quality ultrasound imaging to provide optimum diagnostic results
* Advance scanning opportunities with variety of interesting cases – MSK, OB’s Gyne and Vascular + more!

ABOUT YOU

* Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Sonography accredited by the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
* Have demonstrable experience as a Sonographer including the ability to perform high quality medicine imaging examinations within a clinical setting
* Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Sonography accredited by the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
* Have demonstrable experience as a Sonographer including the ability to perform high quality medicine imaging examinations within a clinical setting
* Clinical, practical and interpretive skills to obtain high quality ultrasound images
* Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Be committed to your own professional development, including embracing ongoing learning as part of professional development
* Good interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy
