Job Description

A rare opportunity exists for a Sonographer to join the difw team. We are an independently-owned medical imaging practice providing tertiary-level women’s imaging services to the the Brisbane community. The practice promotes a supportive team environment, fosters a strong work ethos and provides outstanding patient care.

The work is specialised and is comprised predominantly of obstetric, gynaecologic and breast examinations.  In addition, the practice performs a wide range of image-guided interventional procedures.  The clinic has a dedicated and loyal patient following thanks to the tertiary level services offered and the patient-centred approach of the staff.

The successful applicant will possess:
– relevant tertiary qualifications in Medical Sonography
– demonstrated ultrasound experience in breast and O & G examinations
– strong interpersonal and communication skills
– ASAR accreditation and ASA membership
– ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
– nuchal translucency qualifications (preferred by not necessary)
